About the Role

We are looking for a Technology Support Technician to join our IT team. This role is hands-on, people-focused, and central to keeping our technology running seamlessly. You will support our colleagues across the firm, ensure workstations perform at their best, and contribute to the stability of our network environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inclusive, high-quality technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, always putting people first.
  • Install and configure operating systems and applications with care and attention to detail.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring colleagues can work effectively and without interruption.
  • Assist with user account management and secure access setup, helping new team members feel welcome and supported.
  • Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, cabling) with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Maintain workstation inventory and perform hardware upgrades to ensure long-term reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of IT support or workstation administration experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, combined with clear and respectful communication.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
