About the Role
Drive innovation in a challenging environment by managing pre-transplant clinical operations at one of the adult liver transplant program at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. We are among the few institutions worldwide to offer comprehensive transplants, offer shorter transplant waiting time, and serve medically complex patients in both adult and pediatric populations.
Responsibilities
- Manage pre-transplant clinical operations.
- Supervise, recruit, educate, and evaluate pre-transplant clinical staff.
- Develop policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians in reviewing and revising care protocols.
- Implement initiatives set forth by the management of Transplant Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5-7 years’ experience in clinical transplant experience in a solid organ transplant program.
- Current NYS RN, PA or NP Licensure.
- Must live within a commutable distance to NYP.

- $121,000-$169,000/Annual
