About the Role
The Workforce Design Lead guides the people change strategy for client engagements, focusing on how roles evolve with AI deployment and ensuring the human aspect of transformation aligns with technological advancements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement, defining role evolution as AI takes over tasks.
- Own the workforce transition strategy for the pod's functional scope, ensuring change aligns with technology deployment.
- Coordinate with Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on organizational implications of design decisions.
- Develop communications and stakeholder engagement materials for functional leadership.
- Track adoption signals and identify resistance patterns early to mitigate delivery risks.
- Contribute workforce insights to the enterprise-level AI Transformation Office.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of combined experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation (consulting or in-industry).
- Demonstrated experience leading change management programs for technology or AI-driven transformations.
- Experience redesigning roles and capabilities in the context of large-scale process and technology change.
- Familiarity with Life Sciences functional workforce dynamics and organizational structures.
- Strong client-facing communication skills at the VP and functional leadership level.
