About the Role

BASIS Independent Manhattan Upper School is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator to support faculty and staff in meeting the school's mission. Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining student schedules
Managing records of teacher substitutions and teacher activities
Coordinating BASIS Independent Schools curriculum and assessment process
Project management for external exams assessment administration
Coordinating assessment administration of external exams
Database management of student information systems

Requirements

A bachelor's degree
Experience working in an educational environment
High level of personal responsibility and optimism
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, achievement-oriented learning environment
Frequently walk, stand, sit, squat, stoop, reach, kneel, rise from the floor, twist, listen, read, write, and speak the English language
Often carry, lift, use repetitive or fine hand movements, and occasionally push, pull, or bend
Regularly hear and use clear vision with or without correction
