About the Role
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and replenishing the daily breakfast bar, ensuring guests are comfortable and satisfied. This role also requires maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area
- Greet and assist guests
- Replenish food and beverages
- Bake pastries and croissants
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines
- Assist with clean-up and inventory
- Receive deliveries and place them in proper storage
- Potential catering attendant and banquet porter shifts
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand primary workplace languages and guest languages
- Ability to carry at least 50lbs
- Ability to carry at least 50Lbs
- Maintain good personal appearance at all times; wear proper uniform and name tag
Skills
- Superior guest services skills
- Provincial serve safe certificate
- Valid food and safety certificate
- SMART Serve license
