About the Role

Responsibilities
- Validate day of operations time stamping related to employee work hours within the Groundstar application.
- Action employee payroll enquiries.
- Process daily shift variations within prescribed operating guidelines and timeframes.
- Action daily employee shift variations by identifying and resolving discrepancies, within operating guidelines.
- Process data queries from payroll and ensure data is received by payroll within prescribed timeframes.
Requirements
- Sound general office and administrative support skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent oral and written communications with proven time management skills.
- Ability and willingness to work as a part of a team.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to navigate IT systems efficiently and modify data.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work and make decisions under daily operational pressures and ensure business objectives are met.
