About the Role
This 18-month Rotational Development Program (RDP) is designed to build operational and technical skills for the global trade industry. Participants will gain fluency in supply chain operations combined with the ability to build and automate solutions, focusing on AI and low-code tooling.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through three functions, six months each, with continuous AI/low-code curriculum.
- Own the shipment lifecycle in Gateway Ops (Air or Ocean), including executing bookings, managing exceptions, and ensuring data integrity.
- Build automation and reporting skills through structured coursework.
- Navigate customs regulations to ensure compliance with international laws.
- Engage in applied technical work including SQL, workflow automation, and Lean process improvement.
- Take on go-to-market work and build client-facing skills in Sales/Account Management.
- Identify a business problem and build a tooling or process fix as a capstone project.
- Present capstone project to leadership at graduation.

- On track to graduate or recently graduated.
