About the Role
HeyGen is seeking a proactive IT Systems & Operations Owner to manage IT infrastructure, security, and workspace operations. This role involves balancing immediate support with long-term strategic automation, and eventually managing external contractors.
Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee Data Loss Prevention (DLP) frameworks.
- Manage Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tooling.
- Execute technology onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provision, manage, and audit user access across corporate software.
- Manage the deployment and compliance of "AI employees" and automated workflows.
- Audit license utilization and identify opportunities for software spend optimization.
- Maintain physical office IT hardware, equipment, and conference room media setups.
- Act as the strategic layer for employee onboarding infrastructure.
- Partner with engineering teams to test and deploy internal IT automation tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a similar high-ownership IT role.
- Proven experience configuring and managing EDR systems.
- Proven experience implementing DLP policies.
- Experience acting as a primary point of contact for vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external contractors or support teams.
