About the Role

The Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Operations and Logistics plays a critical leadership role in ensuring seamless execution of the global franchisor and franchise system's supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment activities. This role owns order management, vendor coordination, inventory accuracy, and franchisee-facing fulfillment support, translating departmental strategy into reliable, on-time equipment delivery for our global studio network.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear priorities and workload to keep order processing, PO issuance, and franchisee support on schedule.
• Own and refine day-to-day Supply Chain processes, escalating systemic issues and recommended fixes.
• Maintain the team's operating playbook for common disruptions and lead the immediate response.
• Hold third-party vendors, warehouses, and freight partners accountable to agreed service levels.
• Support execution of the department's replenishment plan, placing and tracking purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory positions across warehouses, flagging aging, excess, or at-risk stock.
• Support new product introductions by coordinating phase-in/phase-out of legacy inventory.
• Maintain accurate tracking for non-standard fulfillment situations.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure purchase orders, receiving records, and vendor invoices reconcile.
• Provide timely, accurate inventory status, location, and cost information.
• Prepare rolling cash-need estimates for upcoming production, freight, and duty payments.
• Maintain clean documentation for every transaction to support audit requests.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, placing orders, confirming pricing and lead times, and resolving issues.
• Track vendor performance against SLAs and MSAs, surfacing recurring problems and negotiation opportunities.
• Support vendor onboarding and periodic risk reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisee equipment questions and escalations.
• Proactively communicate known shipping delays or supply constraints to affected franchisees and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with Onboarding Operations and Real Estate to synchronize equipment delivery with new studio opening timelines.
• Track and report on service-level KPIs for their area, and action root-cause fixes for recurring issues.
• Contribute to franchisee-facing resources that help owners understand lead times and the equipment ordering process.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of direct supply chain operations, logistics, or fulfillment experience.
• Experience in a franchise, multi-unit, or distributed network environment is a strong plus, particularly managing equipment fulfillment or physical goods delivery to end operators.
• Working knowledge of demand planning and forecasting fundamentals.
• Experience supporting day-to-day vendor relationships, purchase orders, and basic contract/SLA compliance.
• Solid financial acumen, with experience supporting cash-need forecasting and PO/invoice/receiving reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system, ideally NetSuite; comfortable with procure-to-pay workflows.
• Strong communication skills and experience supporting internal or external customers through order status and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with franchising.
• Fitness, health & wellness, or consumer durables industries preferred.
