About the Role
We are seeking a General Manager to spearhead our operational launch. This is an opportunity to build a team and transition from field work to full-time management as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and installations.
- Build and implement standard operating procedures.
- Train and mentor junior technicians as the company grows.
Requirements
- Must hold a Class A or Class B License.
- Must be highly comfortable using CRM software and modern technology.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check.

- On Call required, when necessary, during start-up phase
Salary/Compensations
- $90,000 to $120,000 per year + commissions/profit sharing
