About the Role

The Planning & Allocation Manager will analyze in-season business and develop financial strategies to support financial goals. This role collaborates with Merchandising, Planning, and Inventory & Allocation, focusing on in-region inventory movement and analysis for the UK & Europe.

Responsibilities

Partner with International merchants and planning on strategy, building targets, KPIs, mark down strategy, optimizing sell through and forward planning.
Develop weekly sales analysis at the style and style/color level based on trend and historical performance to provide feedback on in-season inventory management.
Analyze business performance and make recommendations to maximize sales, profitability, inventory turn, and mitigate risk.
Improve capabilities around analytics, conclusions, and recommendations to assist in driving key milestone meetings for the international business.
Build strong partnerships with global peers to ensure strategy and tool consistency, share best practices, and foster a result-oriented, innovative environment.
Continue to evolve regional Inventory processes and tools to meet dynamic market needs, driving efficiency and performance.
Own in-region store allocation and inventory management between Full Price and Outlet locations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, business, or supply chain or equivalent years of experience preferred.
7+ years of retail planning, inventory management, financial planning and/or production planning experience.
Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Excel and/or related planning, finance, or analytical systems.
Great business influence skills; role is highly influential and requires input from various teams to be successful.
Proven ability to meet deadlines, grow performance capabilities, and handle shifting priorities; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Able to identify and influence critical stakeholders, proactively problem solve, and recommend solutions.
Extremely strong communication and presentation skills to concisely present complex information and recommendations in terms meaningful to a variety of audiences.
