About the Role
The Senior Organisational Development Lead manages, coordinates, reviews, and provides advice on a range of organisational development programs and initiatives to enable the effective delivery of organisation-wide cultural reform and strategic priorities.

- Enables effective delivery of organisation-wide cultural reform and strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of organisational development, culture, engagement, inclusion, or organisational effectiveness programs in a complex and diverse organisation.
- Demonstrated capability in organisational diagnosis, intervention design, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and the use of qualitative and quantitative evidence to improve organisational outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in organisational development, human resources, organisational psychology, behavioural science, business, or a related discipline, and/or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel in accordance with position requirements.

Salary/Compensations
- Package up to $166,549 pa. Package includes salary range ($133,348 pa to $146,945 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
