About the Role

Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a Graphic Designer to support across digital touchpoints. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, exceptional typography and layout skills, and a refined aesthetic aligned with prestige beauty. You will create and adapt assets for retailer.com partners, brand channels, and performance-driven digital placements, while also supporting sophisticated retouching needs and maintaining impeccable production standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design on-brand creative across digital, print, and retail channels, ensuring consistency with luxury standards and brand guidelines.
  • Translate campaign concepts into polished executions across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Maintain a high bar for typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling appropriate for a luxury beauty audience.
  • Create and resize assets for retailer.com environments (e.g., homepage banners, PDP modules, brand shop pages, emails, promotional tiles, seasonal event creative).
  • Adapt creative to retailer specifications, templates, and technical requirements while preserving brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to deliver assets aligned to launch calendars, promotions, and product storytelling.
  • Perform high-level, sophisticated retouching for product and model imagery as needed.
  • Prepare imagery for multiple outputs (web, social, print) with correct color profiles, resolution, and file formats.
  • Ensure accurate product color representation and premium finish across all imagery.
  • Design assets for paid media (static and light motion-ready layouts), organic social, email, and website updates.
  • Resize video to be ready for social channels.
  • Create modular design systems for efficient scaling across placements and aspect ratios.
  • Partner with stakeholders to iterate based on performance feedback while maintaining luxury design standards.
  • Prepare production-ready files with strong attention to detail (bleeds, safe zones, die lines, packaging constraints, preflight checks).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining organized working files.
  • Maintain and contribute to brand templates, toolkits, and guidelines.
  • Work closely with Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, Product Marketing, and external partners to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
  • Communicate clearly about timelines, specs, and production requirements; proactively flag risks and propose solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of professional design experience, ideally within luxury beauty, fashion, skincare, fragrance, or premium consumer brands.
  • Demonstrated experience producing assets for retailer.com platforms and/or major retail partners.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing elevated design, campaign adaptation, and digital execution.
  • Experience with luxury beauty retailer ecosystems (e.g., brand shops, PDP optimization, retailer templates/spec sheets).
  • Familiarity with DAM systems and structured file naming/versioning.
  • Understanding of accessibility and best practices for digital design.
  • Expert-level design fundamentals: typography, layout, grid systems, hierarchy, composition, color theory.
  • Strong concepting and ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual design.
  • High attention to detail and production accuracy.
  • Ability to design across formats: web, social, email, retail, print, OOH (as needed), and packaging support.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop retouching workflows (non-destructive editing, masking, compositing, color correction, and the ability to take a raw visual all the way to a final asset).
  • Ability to elevate product photography to luxury standards while maintaining realism and brand consistency.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Figma for digital layout, collaboration, and handoff.
  • Understanding of file prep for digital and print (color profiles, resolution, export standards).
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication and comfort receiving and applying feedback.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Basic motion or video capability (After Effects, Premiere, or similar) for simple animated assets.
