About the Role

The Client Marketing Manager serves as a strategic and day-to-day marketing lead across assigned Anonym client accounts. This role develops marketing plans and integrated campaign strategies that support client business objectives, translating strategy into coordinated briefs, timelines, channel plans, and measurable goals. The role may also provide hands-on marketing execution across various channels depending on assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop quarterly marketing plans for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop integrated campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Translate strategy into clear briefs and direction for supporting teams.
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing on strategy, budgets, priorities, performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Own integrated marketing calendars and coordinate execution across relevant channels.
  • Manage or oversee day-to-day marketing activities for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external specialists, and client stakeholders.
  • Monitor marketing performance and translate results into recommendations.
  • Provide strategic direction to specialists supporting digital acquisition channels.
  • Ensure specialists have the resources required for campaign execution.
  • Review channel performance and work with specialists to implement optimizations.
  • Ensure appropriate tracking, attribution, conversion events, and reporting are in place.
  • Plan and coordinate photo, video, social content, and other creative productions.
  • Support on-site content capture, events, activations, and other client marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate production logistics.
  • Collaborate with Creative and production partners to ensure assets support campaign objectives.
  • Manage influencer, creator, and marketing partnership programs.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners.
  • Coordinate relationships, agreements, activations, deliverables, approvals, and content usage.
  • Track program performance and identify opportunities to leverage partner and creator content.
  • Protect each brand’s distinct identity, maintaining an elevated and consistent visual presence, and ensuring cohesive storytelling across all marketing channels for Fit and The Plunge San Diego.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4–6 years of progressive marketing experience, including ownership of integrated campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, content strategy, and cross-functional execution.
  • Proven ability to coordinate photoshoots and creative projects involving multiple departments
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to brand detail
  • Experience with luxury, lifestyle, or wellness brands preferred
