About the Role
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences by engaging with customers, identifying their needs, offering personalized recommendations, and promoting the store's membership program to drive sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Promptly greet and assist customers, acknowledging their presence immediately and offering assistance.
- Efficiently manage multiple customers at once.

- Provide tailored recommendations and utilize suggestive selling techniques.
- Stay knowledgeable about product availability.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
- Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
- Access and organize stock in high storage areas, ensuring efficient retrieval and placement while following safety protocols.
- Available to work a flexible schedule that supports the business, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel as necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Retail sales experience preferred.
