About the Role
Seeking a skilled Physician specializing in Vascular & Interventional Radiology for a Locum Tenens position in Cooperstown, New York. This role involves providing comprehensive interventional radiology coverage and performing diagnostic radiology interpretations.
Responsibilities
- Provide interventional radiology coverage on-site, including biopsies, drainages, tube placements, line placements, nephrostomies, biliary drainages, and arterial angiograms.
- Perform diagnostic radiology interpretation as needed (20% DX component).
- Utilize imaging modalities including X-ray, CT, and Ultrasound.
- Work collaboratively with other IR/DX physicians and support staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic EMR system.
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active New York medical license
- ACLS required
- EPIC training required
- Experience with Phillips angio suites preferred
