They interact with patients and their families, go beyond for patients, and deliver superior customer service.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Requires registration with the 1199 Job Security Fund.
- Weekends are required for the first 2 years.
- After the first 2 years, every other weekend is required.
- Strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience.
- Ability to read, write, and follow specific oral and written instructions.
Skills
- Extensive customer service experience.
- Experience in the healthcare, hotel, restaurant, or retail industry.
- Ability to read, write, and follow specific oral and written instructions.
