About the Role

The Health Industry & Enterprise team works on high-profile transformations within the healthcare industry, driving excellence from strategy through implementation using the latest technologies and methodologies to achieve tangible outcomes and accelerate value. Responsibilities

  • Work on projects across a range of public sector clients including the NHS, arms lengths bodies, private health clients, research and regulatory and integrated care systems.
  • Act as the client-facing representative for Accenture, advising, challenging, and coaching senior stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and lead issue-based discussions.
  • Cultivate trust-based client relationships.
  • Identify and address client business issues through root cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Utilize a human-centered approach to solve problems, frame opportunities, and drive innovation through collaboration.
  • Own complex work streams, delivering value-centric, data-driven outcomes.
  • Lead business development opportunities and prepare sales proposals.
  • Build and manage effective teams to deliver client excellence.
  • Act as a people leader, fostering a positive work environment and managing team operations.

  • Experience working with public sector clients (government departments or health & care).
  • Experience driving new business, including strategy, relationships, and growth opportunities.
  • Experience in project & programme management methodologies and governance (e.g., PRINCE/MSP).
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile techniques and frameworks, and ability to lead Agile teams.
  • Ability to operate across the full project/programme lifecycle, including proposal development, risk management, and client partner engagement.
