About the Role

Accenture's Learning Technology practice helps organizations design, implement, and sustain modern learning ecosystems. We focus on LMS, LXP, and skills platforms, including AI-enabled learning experiences, to accelerate skill development and build the future workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into actionable learning technology strategies.
  • Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding clients through structured evaluation and decision processes.
  • Advise clients on learning process best practices in the context of modern LMS and LXP platforms.
  • Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and grow the LMS project pipeline.
  • Craft compelling proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and broader learning tech engagements.
  • Review and validate LMS solution designs, providing authoritative guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
  • Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain—LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, or emerging skills platforms.
  • Lead or coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations working closely with globally distributed implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in one or more enterprise LMS platforms—Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Saba, SumTotal, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience supporting business development and building learning technology pipelines.
  • External, client-facing consulting experience from a professional services environment.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled learning tools or agentic AI use cases in the learning space.
