About the Role
Match Group operates a unified security program across its portfolio of dating apps, focusing on enterprise security, specifically identity and access management. This role is central to the Identity & Access Security pillar, requiring collaboration across corporate security domains to drive a unified security strategy.
Responsibilities
- Drive a comprehensive identity and access lifecycle strategy for the global portfolio.
- Enhance identity security through device trust, post-authentication detection, and DPoP.
- Enforce least privilege and right-size entitlements to balance security and business velocity.
- Lead secure management for non-human identities (e.g., OAuth tokens, service accounts, API keys).
- Establish security guardrails for emerging AI agents and MCP connections.
- Modernize privileged access management and implement Just-in-Time (JIT) access models.
- Own and harden Cloudflare ZTNA policies and support the transition from traditional network-based access models.
- Integrate identity strategy with corporate security efforts, including device signals, SaaS security, and vulnerability management.
- Engineer automated solutions using scripting, no-code tools, or AI to eliminate manual toil and accelerate delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years in security engineering, IT engineering, or infrastructure with significant depth in identity and access.
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta, including policy design, device assurance, FastPass, device trust, and RBAC.
- Experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust or a comparable platform.
- Strong knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
- Experience with IGA solutions (e.g., Okta Identity Governance, SailPoint), including identity lifecycles and compliance requirements.
- Experience securing non-human identities and establishing guardrails for AI agents.
- Experience using Terraform or other IaC tools with a strong emphasis on GitOps fluency.
- Practical understanding of least privilege, balancing access control with business needs.
- Experience building automated solutions using Python or similar, with an understanding of when to automate.
- Practical use of AI tooling in personal workflow.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional outcomes without direct formal authority.
- Proactively identify, scope, and drive complex problems to completion.
- Endpoint management or EDR exposure (Jamf, CrowdStrike, or similar) is a plus.
- Audit and compliance experience with access controls (SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001) is a plus.
- Experience working in global environments (EMEA/APAC) is a plus.
