About the Role
Shegerian & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Employment Attorney to manage a caseload from intake through trial, lead strategy, and mentor junior attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Manage own docket from intake through trial with full ownership of cases
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear regularly in court, mediations, and arbitrations
- Lead case strategy and mentor junior attorneys
Requirements
- Active California Bar membership
- 3+ years of plaintiff side employment litigation experience
- Deposition experience required
- Trial experience strongly preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently, lead strategy, and mentor junior attorneys

- $160,000 to $200,000 BOE
- Settlement commissions up to 6.5% per case
