About the Role

This role involves working closely with leading consultants to develop cutting-edge technical knowledge and skills, alongside project and client management capabilities. Projects range from rewards and compensation benchmarking to career and talent management, and support for M&A transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with consultants and clients to design work and rewards programs to attract, reward and retain talent.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to provide clients with market pay benchmarking and strategic insights.
  • Help clients ensure their rewards programs are competitive by performing analyses of program design and other rewards practices utilizing WTW data, tools, and processes.
  • Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses of alternative designs.
  • Develop, analyze, and calibrate executive and broad-based incentive plan designs that support companies’ business strategies.
  • Draft reports and exhibits presenting the team’s analytical work to client audiences.
  • Perform industry and financial research.
  • Participate in client meetings and working sessions.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by assisting with proposals and other client-specific business development efforts.
  • Broaden understanding of client solutions and the digital platforms and AI applications reshaping the industry.
  • Actively build a sales mindset through cultivating internal and client relationships, understanding the W&R value proposition, identifying opportunities, and contributing to business development.

Requirements

  • Progress towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-oriented field or any other major with significant quantitative coursework, and a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
  • Work experience demonstrating strong analytical and client service skills (e.g., internships/part-time jobs involving quantitative and qualitative data analysis).
  • Interest in Careers and Compensation demonstrated through work experience, coursework, and/or research assignments.
  • Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed client standards.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, yet cooperatively in a close team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, including analyzing data and interpreting, summarizing, and presenting findings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Familiarity, at a basic level, with using GenAI platforms to boost productivity and quality of tasks.
  • Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship.
  • Accepting applications from candidates graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between May 2026 through June 2027.
