About the Role

KPMG is seeking an Advisory Associate for its Advisory practice. This role involves supporting technology consulting services for client engagements, researching emerging technologies, and participating in the design and implementation of digital solutions. The position emphasizes continuous learning, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact within an inclusive team.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of technology consulting services for client engagements by executing assigned tasks, identifying and remediating business and technology challenges, and utilizing KPMG frameworks and methodologies.
Conduct research on topics, tools, and processes including digital technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud engineering to support client delivery and understand emerging technology trends.
Participate in business process technical design, data strategy and transformation, development, testing, and implementation of modern digital solutions using industry-leading vendor technologies.
Contribute to the management of project activities, including risk identification, status tracking, deliverable coordination, and client-facing presentations.
Develop and maintain industry knowledge, participate in sales and business development activities, and support the development of KPMG reusable offerings.
Achieve relevant certifications on preferred technology domains, demonstrate a strong understanding of the technology and data landscape, and proactively manage and communicate risks.

Requirements

Must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university by the start date.
Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above.
Fluency with artificial intelligence concepts and tools with the ability to apply AI techniques to analyze and interpret data, solve problems, and communicate findings.
Knowledge and awareness of technologies such as IoT and Cloud Computing platforms.
Strong technical and business acumen, critical thinking, and agility skills.
Demonstrated ability to excel and drive strategic outcomes with a professional demeanor and collaborative leadership approach.
Ability to leverage common business technologies, including MS Office (with an emphasis on Excel) and AI, and quickly learn KPMG tools and applications.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to apply professional judgment and skepticism, manage priorities across multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality work in a professional services capacity.
Must reside within a commutable distance of the office and be responsible for own transportation to office/client locations.
Must be located within the U.S. when working remotely.
Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Criminal history may have a direct, adverse, and negative relationship with some of the material job duties.
