Law firm experience.
4 to 8 years of professional experience drafting contracts.
Experience and knowledge of the energy industry and in particular independent power producers and nuclear power plants.
Proven legal analytical and drafting abilities.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
Ability to analyze legal materials and other data.
Ability to work in stressful conditions under time deadlines.
Ability to provide realistic risk assessments and practical advice to clients.
