About the Role
Adaptive Security is building the next-generation security platform for the AI age. We help companies prepare for AI-driven cyber threats by simulating attacks, educating employees, and providing security teams with necessary visibility. We are an early-stage, fast-moving company seeking a Product Manager to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution, utilizing AI tools daily to accelerate product development.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for your product area, prioritizing based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Defend product roadmap decisions to leadership and go-to-market teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer by conducting discovery calls and synthesizing feedback into clear problem statements.
- Drive product execution through launch by building prototypes and making tradeoffs with engineering and design.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to shape product positioning and enable the go-to-market team.
- Monitor product metrics to validate hypotheses, identify issues, and inform future development.
- Stay informed on cybersecurity and AI trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
- Demonstrated initiative, ability to synthesize feedback, and adapt to ambiguity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver successful products.
- Expertise with AI tools, including active daily use of LLMs and AI coding agents.
- A builder's instinct with a preference for prototyping and validating ideas independently.
