About the Role
Our large financial client is looking for a PC/Hardware Deployment Technician to join their team on a long term contract. This is a hardware-based role supporting moves, adds, changes, imaging, migrations and coordination of large move projects.
Responsibilities
- Performing moves, disconnects and reconnects.
- Coordinating procurement of systems access and engagement of vendors for telephony and data.
- Ensuring installations by target date through multiple request management tools.
- Performing basic PC & hardware deployments including PC builds, installations, disconnect and reconnect, moves, adds and changes.
- Adapting to changing business needs while remaining detail focused.
Requirements
- Customer service background and the ability to respond to email and telephone inquiries.
- Must be flexible with working evenings and weekends when needed.
- Must be open to overtime.
