About the Role
MintMCP is defining a new category for how enterprises securely implement AI agents. This founding role is responsible for crafting the company's narrative and messaging, translating complex technical products into compelling stories for engineers, security leaders, and buyers. You will drive product launches from conception to completion, gather customer feedback, and establish MintMCP's thought leadership in agent governance.
Responsibilities
- Define and set messaging and narrative for the company.
- Drive product launches end-to-end, from narrative to release.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product releases.
- Establish MintMCP's point of view on agent governance through thought leadership.
- Develop the SEO/AEO engine and work with agencies to scale messaging.
- Build the sales content system for AEs.
- Collaborate with engineers to understand product intricacies.
- Translate technical details into differentiated, jargon-free messaging.
- Scale personal output using coworker agents.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, ideally with technical or infrastructure products.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to absorb deep technical detail and translate it into clear messaging.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to set positioning and priorities.
- Experience using AI agents to scale output.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to run launches and move quickly.
- Demonstrated track record of positioning products or categories and running successful launches.
