About the Role

As part of the Global Wealth Management Digital team, the Senior Digital Product Owner, International Wealth Management (IWM) will enhance the client experience across digital platforms for managing wealth, interacting with advisors, and planning for the future. This role involves building industry-leading web and mobile platforms for international clients, understanding the wealth management industry, and driving excellent client journeys through new ideas and competitive insights. The Senior Digital Product Owner IWM will own digital products end-to-end, leading cross-functional teams to deliver client and business value by translating needs into actionable backlog deliverables.

Responsibilities

Help define the vision and strategy for IWM's digital client experience and business objectives.
Create and maintain a detailed, prioritized product roadmap.
Own the relationship with business stakeholders to align digital technology products with their objectives.
Collaborate with engineering and product design teams to define viable technical solutions and realistic timelines.
Engage daily with Agile teams, writing and clarifying product briefs, participating in delivery planning and reviews, and managing backlog grooming and prioritization.
Facilitate problem-solving, working with design and development on implementation trade-offs.
Liaise with support teams for client or system issues requiring business input, investigation, or development changes.
Engage with analytics teams to establish, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for new features.
Manage engagement with diverse bank stakeholders and communicate product release contents and expected capabilities/customer journeys.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and innovative solutions in the industry.
Maintain knowledge of the wealth industry, stock trading, and digital banking trends.
Elevate the Product Management practice at Global Wealth Management and foster an inclusive team culture.

Requirements

Fluent communication in Spanish and English is required.
5+ years of Digital Product Management experience creating client-focused digital products that drive business objectives.
Experience working on front-end authenticated web and mobile products, preferably in the investing/banking industry.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Industry designations are an asset (e.g., CFA, CSC, etc.).
Experience in wealth management, brokerage, or trading is an asset.
Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Proven ability to take initiative within a large organization, building strong relationships through outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent project delivery skills with proven accomplishments leading cross-functional projects.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead teams toward solutions and progress.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
A curious and experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty.
Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences.
Ability to apply knowledge of product design, development, deployment, and maintenance in an enterprise environment.
