About the Role

The Communications Manager serves as a strategic communications partner, developing and executing internal communications, executive messaging, employee engagement campaigns, and leadership communications. This role partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, requiring a strong writer who can balance strategic executive communications with hands-on execution, including communication planning, executive social media support, technology-related communications, and associate-facing campaigns. This role will report to the Director of Corporate Affairs and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, writing, and producing communications to engage associates, strengthen brand connection, celebrate successes, and ensure awareness of functional priorities and important TransUnion growth and performance news.
  • Developing high-impact executive communications by partnering closely with functional leaders to define and elevate their voice across internal and external channels.
  • Writing and developing communication plans and associated deliverables, including leadership communications, intranet articles, presentations, and other materials.
  • Tracking key performance metrics, listening to feedback, and adjusting communication plans as needed.
  • Leading conversations with business partners to understand their business objectives, then developing, articulating, and executing strategies that deliver mutually determined outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to form and drive consultative working relationships with leaders and other key stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Expertise in corporate communication programs and channels, with a track record of success developing, executing, and measuring strategic communications programs.
  • Adherence to Company policies, sound judgment and trustworthiness, working safely, communicating respectfully, and safeguarding business operations, confidential and proprietary information, and the Company’s reputation are also essential expectations of this position.

  • $100,100.00 - $150,000.00 annually
