About the Role
X-Ray / Radiology Technologists make advanced diagnostic care possible at NewYork-Presbyterian, a world-renowned institution with a history of innovation. This role involves operating x-ray equipment to create diagnostic images, with opportunities to work in Operating Room and Emergency Room settings. You will play a critical role in maintaining quality and assisting in the diagnosis of complex cases.
Responsibilities
- Operate x-ray equipment to make radiographs and/or computer images of designated portions of the body.
- Work with Operating Room and Emergency Room teams.
- Assist with the diagnosis of rare and complex cases.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology
- High School Diploma/GED
- New York State Radiologic Technologist License
