About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to operate specialized Angiography equipment within the lab. You will support and assist in minimally invasive procedures, playing a critical role in maintaining our premier level of quality and diagnosing challenging conditions.
Responsibilities
- Operate specialized Angiography equipment within the lab.
- Support and assist in minimally invasive procedures.
- Ensure the safe and efficient diagnosis of patient conditions.
- Assist with the diagnosis of rare and complex cases.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiology.
- New York State License in Radiologic Technology.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of vascular anatomy/terminology and interventional equipment.
- Knowledge of sterile techniques and barriers.
- Must live within a commutable distance to NYP.
