About the Role
X-Ray / Radiology Technologists make it possible for NewYork-Presbyterian to boldly redefine imaging. You will operate x-ray equipment to make radiographs and/or computer images of designated portions of the body, working with the Operating Room and Emergency Room. While this is a technical position with no supervisory responsibility, you will play a critical role in maintaining our premier level of quality, in support of a world-class clinical team. Use your expertise in X-Ray technology to assist with the diagnosis of rare and complex cases.
Responsibilities
- Operate x-ray equipment to make radiographs and/or computer images of designated portions of the body.
- Work with the Operating Room and Emergency Room.
- Assist with the diagnosis of rare and complex cases.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology
- High School Diploma/GED
- New York State Radiologic Technologist License
- Must live within a commutable distance to NYP.
- NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
