About the Role

The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize digital media investments to drive measurable business results. This role translates brand and customer objectives into disciplined performance marketing plans across paid channels, ensuring campaigns are built correctly, optimized thoughtfully, and managed with strong financial and analytical rigor.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business, customer, and campaign objectives into clear digital media plans across channels such as paid social and other performance-oriented environments.
  • Manage core executional details of campaigns, including audience setup, asset trafficking, tagging coordination, quality assurance, calendar alignment, and handoff to agency or platform partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely and use data to identify opportunities for optimization in targeting, placements, bids, creative rotation, landing experience, or budget allocation.
  • Design and support test-and-learn plans to improve media efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Own performance tracking, reporting, and insight generation for campaigns, building clear summaries of what is working, what is not, and what actions are recommended next.
  • Manage budgets and media stewardship carefully, ensuring investments are tracked accurately, aligned to approved plans, and optimized toward measurable return.
  • Partner with brand, sales, content, and analytics teams to ensure digital media plans connect with broader go-to-market strategies and consumer journeys.
  • Work closely with agencies and external partners to ensure campaigns are implemented and optimized in line with approved strategy, technical requirements, and business priorities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of performance measurement frameworks, attribution considerations, and platform changes.
  • Operate with agility across multiple campaigns and stakeholders, balancing strategic thinking with the detailed execution discipline required to keep programs running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in paid media, digital marketing, analytics ecommerce or campaign operations.
  • Understands how paid media contributes to growth, customer plans, ecommerce results, and overall business priorities.
  • Strong grasp of paid social, search, programmatic, targeting, optimization, and campaign management principles.
  • Disciplined budget management, tracking, forecasting awareness, and focus on efficient return on investment.
  • Works effectively with brand, customer, sales, analytics, finance, and agency partners in a matrixed environment.
  • Comfort with media platforms, reporting tools, tagging workflows, dashboards, and campaign operations.
  • Able to interpret performance data, generate insights, and turn findings into concrete optimization actions.
  • Must be authorized to work in the location to which they apply.
