About the Role

The Finance & Strategy team acts as trusted advisors, guiding C-level decisions through insightful analyses and thought partnership. This role supports the team in making sound recommendations to help the company achieve its mission. The Senior Finance Manager will build strong relationships with business leaders, leverage high-precision forecasting, and construct complex financial models to communicate actionable insights and influence business decisions. This role will partner with Product & Engineering leaders to build financial and KPI models for the Product Roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead partner to Product Development leadership, providing accurate financial and non-financial information and analyses for their business decisions.
  • Develop financial models for Product launches, including opportunity sizing, ARR target alignment, COGS inputs, and operating expenses.
  • Perform ongoing and ad hoc analyses, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting on key financial and operational metrics against strategic goals.
  • Establish and improve processes to optimize financial systems, enhance forecast accuracy, and create tools.
  • Own standardized financial monthly/quarterly budgeting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness during period-end close.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology, banking, private equity, corporate finance, economics, or consulting in a fast-paced industry.
  • Advanced skills in building scalable financial models using Excel or Google Suite.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to establish collaborative relationships and influence senior leadership.
  • Highly-motivated self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude with an analytical mindset and a desire to learn quickly.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using, managing, and building planning tools & applications.
  • Experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive or Hyperion.
