About the Role
Lead our Mondovi Dental team in Valatie, NY, overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, guiding the team, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences.
- Provide strong leadership to the front office team, including treatment coordination support and coaching for case acceptance.
- Guide and support team members in meeting daily and monthly practice goals.
- Ensure accurate scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost management.
- Oversee treatment planning workflows and partner with clinical team on financial presentations.
- Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocols.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports high-quality care.
- Maintain office organization, performance metrics, and alignment with Smile Brands policies.
Requirements
- Dental office leadership experience OR senior dental front office experience.
- Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance processes.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient communication.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
