About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager will provide leadership to optimize sales results, promote a positive customer shopping experience, and drive operational efficiency. This role contributes to inventory management, sales growth, and customer satisfaction while upholding brand and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
Provide leadership that optimizes sales results.
Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms.
Contribute to optimizing inventory management.
Increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Maintain brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards and directives in the store.
Contribute to the management of inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.

Requirements

High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented.
Demonstrates problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrates flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions.
Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
Builds partnerships and prioritizes collaboration.
Is available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
