About the Role
This is a 25-hour, high-impact, in-person case for a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support to a 7-year-old Spanish-speaking female client in Yorktown Heights, NY. The client is verbal, functions at a moderate level, and exhibits severe behaviors. The role requires an empathetic and responsible individual who can offer steady, structured, and compassionate support.
Responsibilities
- Provide steady, structured, and compassionate 1:1 support to a 7-year-old client.
- Work closely with a verbal child to shape behaviors and build key life skills.
Requirements
- Must be empathetic and responsible.
- Must be able to provide steady, structured, and compassionate 1:1 support.
- Must be available after 4:00 PM.
- Must be able to work 25 hours per week.
