About the Role
This individual will be responsible for on-site management of data center projects, overseeing projects from initiation to completion ensuring all project objectives, timelines and budgets are met.
Responsibilities
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Manage and oversee large, technically complex projects involving data centers.
- Review and interpret tech specs, surveying, drafting data and drawings.
- Be intimately involved in scoping, risk assessment and pricing of all remediation projects, assuring proper margin is quoted.
- Prepare all related required reports.
- Enforce the policies and procedures as it relates to Health & Safety as measured by the district's health and safety record.
- Resolves issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
