Responsible for molding parts on machines and related equipment in the production of quality products.

Perform molding operations using various techniques to produce parts or products according to specifications.
Maintain a clean and controlled environment by following strict cleanroom protocols, including gowning, gloving, and adhering to contamination control procedures.
Inspect parts for defects, dimensions, and quality during molding operations, reporting any issues to quality control or supervisory personnel.
Record production data, including batch numbers, material usage, and production yields, and maintain accurate records of molding operations.
Perform precise lay-up and tailor materials (e.g., prep regs) in accordance with work instructions using sharp tools like knives and scissors.
Use and read simple tools/measuring devices like rulers and calipers.
Ensure proper housekeeping by clearing and cleaning workspace.
Complete all paperwork pertaining to production neatly and correctly following all quality standards.
Monitor, record, and report all scrap.
Follow all Vaupell policies, standard operating procedures, and safety practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma/general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience, training, and education.
Ability to read, speak, understand, and follow instructions in English.
Capable of using basic hand tools.
Comprehension of basic math, including fractions, decimals, averages, and percentages.
Must be able to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment.
Must be a 'US Person' (i.e., US Citizen or Permanent Resident) to ensure Vaupell's compliance with ITAR and EAR.
