About the Role
ING, Australia’s most recommended bank is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst Regulatory Reporting to join our high-performance COO Data Delivery – Risk team. You will solve a broad range of projects and drive solution design, while supporting strategic initiatives for sustainable, optimized growth for ING Australia.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver APRA regulatory returns accurately, completely, and on time.
- Execute reporting controls, data quality checks, reconciliations, and trend analysis.
- Investigate reporting issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive remediation.
- Act as the SME for regulatory requirements, reporting methodologies, and data definitions.
- Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Data, Technology, and Operations teams to enhance reporting outcomes.
- Support regulatory change initiatives and continuously improve reporting processes, controls, and governance.
- Act as a subject matter expert for regulatory reporting, partnering with Risk, Finance, Data, Technology, and Project teams.
- Ensure accurate reporting, data quality, regulatory compliance, and effective control management.
- Responsible for reconciliations, reporting oversight, issue resolution, audit readiness, and governance.
- Support regulatory change and transformation initiatives through business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and production support.
- Provide BAU expertise for incidents, defects, change requests, and data quality remediation.
Requirements
- An understanding of regulatory requirements related to credit risk, including APRA prudential and reporting standard.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision.
