Upon completion and licensing, individuals will transition to a Licensed Loan Officer role, working directly with customers and building a pipeline. Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive Academy program.
- Receive training, support, and resources to earn a mortgage license.
- Develop skills to become a successful Loan Officer.
- Learn about the mortgage process, lending products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Work alongside experienced leaders and mentors.
- Transition into a Licensed Loan Officer role upon successful completion of training and licensing.
- Work directly with customers.
- Build your own pipeline.
Requirements
- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience (in any capacity whether full time or part time)
