About the Role
Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
- Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time off requests.
- Mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience is required.
- Prior customer service experience is required.
- Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- May require Florida Level 2 background screening.
- Consideration for employment includes those with a criminal history in accordance with applicable laws.
