About the Role

SP+ is an artificial intelligence company focused on creating checkout-free parking experiences using computer vision. We are the largest parking network in America and are reinventing parking to give people back their most valuable asset, time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of assigned locations, ensuring operations align with contractual guidelines and fostering good client relations.
  • Participate in programs aimed at improving client and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in the development of property-level financial and operational goals.
  • Manage day-to-day activities including customer interaction, closing reports, bank deposits, staff scheduling, frontline staff supervision, month-end reporting, auditing shift reports, time card monitoring, hiring and training, damage claim review, petty cash disbursement, and annual budget preparation.
  • Courteously assist customers by answering questions.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed.
  • Report any accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  • Assist with cleanup of debris, water, and oil spills.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the garage, surrounding streets, major landmarks, and freeways.
  • Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate.
  • A minimum of six months of parking experience is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment.
  • Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
