About the Role

A family of four in NYC's SoHo/Tribeca area is seeking a live-out weekend family assistant to provide support wherever needed. The role involves assisting the mother, who is home full-time and hands-on with the children. The position does not require taking children out of the house, managing schedules, or handling after-school activities. The candidate should live locally or within commuting distance of NYC, and the position is available for immediate hire.

Responsibilities

• Act as a true right hand to the mom
• No driving required
• No cooking needed
• Perform light housekeeping for children's areas, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and handle family laundry
• Work schedule is either 7am or 7:30am start, ending around 7pm or 7:30pm (12-hour days)
• Flexibility to stay later for date nights/events and take an Uber home
• Travel to Miami during winter for a couple of weeks at a time, with a private hotel room provided
• Live-in during July and August in the Hamptons (Water Mill area)
• Travel to the Hamptons via Jitney or LIRR
• Potential for future international travel

Requirements

• Must be legal to work in the US
• Must already live locally in NYC or a commutable distance
• Prior experience working long hours
• Passport ready and open to travel
• Willingness to live-in in the Hamptons for two summer months

Skills
