About the Role
TYLin is seeking a Senior Construction Engineer for a NYCHA construction project in New York City, scheduled to commence in January 2027.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage project filing systems.
- Log and manage project submittals, RFIs, and correspondence.
- Create, distribute, and file meeting agendas and minutes.
- Review and file project daily reports.
- Prepare monthly progress payments.
- Prepare change orders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly CCM progress reports.
- Accurately track change order payments.
- Log and track material inspection, certification, and acceptance.
- Coordinate with team members, clients, A.E teams, and special inspection teams.
Requirements

- High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
- Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
- OSHA 30-hour safety course preferred.
- CMIT and Track Safety Training preferred.

Salary/Compensations
- $117,600 - $176,400 annually
