About the Role
The Workforce Intelligence Team delivers workforce reporting, analytics, and business insights to HR professionals and business leaders. As a Manager on this team, you will transform workforce data into actionable insights that shape the future of HR and the employee experience, influencing strategic decisions and elevating data storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Manage intake and assignment of workforce data requests, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for developers.
- Partner with developers to deliver audience-appropriate dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Create metrics that help decision makers measure performance.
- Interpret and synthesize information to uncover the story behind the numbers.
- Represent the data perspective in project and problem-solving meetings, providing recommendations that ensure data management and reporting needs will be met.
- Uphold standards for testing and documentation and continuously seek ways to improve reporting processes.
- Ensure a reliable, high-quality reporting experience through clear communication and thoughtful client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in a data analytics role, ideally within HR, with an emphasis on reporting and analytics.
- Experience reporting from HR systems like Workday, iCIMS, SumTotal, or ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Excel (filters, formulas, pivot tables)
- Logical thinker with a knack for designing sequential processes
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Commitment to confidentiality and data integrity
- Passion for creating exceptional user experience
- Experience using dashboards or business intelligence tools
