About the Role
Lia Toyota Rockland is seeking a full-time Office Assistant for scanning to join our service department.
Responsibilities
- Scanning, filing, and purging documents for the sales, service, and office departments.
- Covering and filling in for the receptionist as needed.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Willingness to take initiative.
- Computer and Microsoft Office literacy.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily.
- Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
