About the Role

Our client is a rapidly growing value-added distributor and service organization seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join their team. This role ensures the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of inventory, while coordinating with carriers and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately and efficiently
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Manage the movement of customer-owned assets in and out of the facility
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers including UPS, FedEx, local couriers, and LTL providers
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective shipping solutions
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across company facilities
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding shipping and receiving matters
  • Uphold a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Represent Empire Scale Corp. professionally in all interactions

Requirements

  • Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience
  • Familiarity with shipping a variety of products, including hazardous materials (hazmat) is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds regularly without accommodation
  • Comfortable using computers and warehouse-related software systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience operating a motorized forklift is preferred
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
