About the Role
The Arc Oneida-Lewis is seeking a Community Habilitation Specialist to provide training and supervision to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities as required by their LIFEPlan.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one therapeutic assistance and/or training to individuals in various settings, per their habilitation plan.
- Ensure the implementation of the individual's Habilitation Plan utilizing community resources.
- Work effectively at various sites.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year documented experience with the supported population
- Valid NY State Driver's License
