About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack & AWS Solution Architect with strong hands-on engineering capabilities to design and deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular, REST APIs, and AWS architecture, with the ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions. The role requires a combination of solution architecture, hands-on development, technical leadership, and cloud engineering.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, modern UI frameworks, and AWS.
Design scalable, secure, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud-native solutions.
Remain hands-on with development, prototyping, and implementation of critical application components.
Design and develop Microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven applications.
Define frontend architecture using React or Angular and establish reusable UI patterns and standards.
Design AWS architectures using appropriate compute, container, serverless, storage, database, networking, and security services.
Develop architecture diagrams, solution designs, API specifications, integration patterns, and technical standards.
Lead application modernization and migration of enterprise workloads to AWS.
Design integrations across APIs, databases, messaging platforms, third-party systems, and enterprise applications.
Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate architectural approaches and emerging technologies.
Provide technical leadership and mentor Full Stack engineering teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Security, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Ensure solutions meet requirements for performance, scalability, security, observability, resilience, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and provide architecture- and code-level solutions.
Drive CI/CD, automated testing, containerization, and DevSecOps best practices.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Full Stack development, and enterprise software engineering.
7+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed application architecture.
5+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions using AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
4+ years of experience with React/Angular, containerization, CI/CD, and enterprise application architecture/design.
